About the product
Dehydrated garlic is produced from mature, hand-sorted bulbs that are separated into cloves, peeled, sliced and dried at low temperature. Keeping the drying temperature down protects the allicin precursors that give garlic its aroma and pungency, which is why gently dried garlic smells sharp and alive rather than flat and toasted.
Because garlic loses about two-thirds of its weight during drying, three kilograms of fresh bulbs yield roughly one kilogram of finished flakes. That concentration means a small dose of dehydrated garlic replaces a large volume of fresh — an important economy for seasoning houses, snack manufacturers and sauce plants that need identical flavour intensity in every production run.
We offer the full cut ladder: slices and flakes for visible-inclusion applications, chopped, minced and kibbled for blends, granules for free-flowing dry mixes and 100-mesh powder for emulsions and liquid seasonings. Mesh distribution, moisture and colour are agreed in writing before production begins.

Buyer questions
About Dry Garlic.
Does dehydrated garlic keep its pungency?+
Yes, provided drying is done gently and the product is sealed against moisture. Our lots are dried at low temperature and packed with a food-grade liner, so pungency holds through the stated shelf life.
Which cut suits an instant seasoning mix?+
Granules for dry sprinkle mixes and powder for anything that must dissolve. Flakes are best where the buyer wants garlic to be visible in the finished product.
