About the product
Red chilli is India's largest spice export, and the country produces more of it than any other nation. What separates one lot from another is not simply heat: buyers specify ASTA colour value, capsaicin percentage, moisture, stem condition and broken percentage, and each combination suits a different end use.
We supply the major commercial varieties. Teja (S17) is the high-pungency workhorse at 75,000–100,000 SHU, favoured for oleoresin extraction and hot sauces. Sannam (S4) is the balanced all-rounder for masala blends. Byadgi, grown in Karnataka, is prized for its deep wrinkled skin and very high colour value with mild heat — the chilli of choice when a manufacturer wants red colour without burning the palate. Guntur Sannam, Wonder Hot and 334 varieties are also available.
Formats run from whole chilli with stem, through stemless, to crushed flakes with or without seeds and finished powder. Every consignment is graded, cleaned and, where required, treated for insects before stuffing.

Buyer questions
About Red Chilli.
Which variety should I choose for colour rather than heat?+
Byadgi. It delivers a deep red with very high ASTA value at low pungency, which is why it dominates oleoresin extraction and colour-led blends.
Do you supply stemless chilli?+
Yes. Stemless lots load more efficiently and are standard for grinding operations. Stem-on whole chilli remains available for retail and traditional trade.
